He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, hiking at Red Rock, coaching his daughter’s soccer team, playing on his own soccer team, golfing, and traveling with his family.
Thaddeus J. Yurek III, Esq.
Thaddeus “Toby” Yurek specializes in workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation. After 20 years of service with the Henderson Police Department in Nevada, he retired as a lieutenant in 2015 to join GGRM. His unique background and experience enable him to provide quality representation, especially when representing police officers and firefighters. Toby completed his undergraduate work at Hope International University in Southern California (1995), earned a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University (2004) and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV (2008). He has been a member of the State Bar of Nevada since 2008.
Dillon specializes in personal injury litigation. Before representing injury victims, Dillon obtained extensive experience as an insurance defense attorney and successfully defended some of the largest hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas Strip at the trial level. Dillon earned a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University 2006 and a Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2009.
E. Matthew Zobrist
E. Matthew Zobrist was licensed to practice law in Nevada in 2007. As a former police officer, Matthew brings a unique background, perspective and assortment of practical skills to his current legal practice.
Matthew graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice in 1998 and began his first career as a police officer for the City of Henderson later that year. While working as a full-time police officer, he attended the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, in the school’s part-time evening program. Matthew graduated from law school in 2006, the same year he was promoted to police sergeant.
He served in numerous positions within the Henderson Police Department, including field trainer, department instructor and supervised the community relations unit. After nearly two decades of service as a police officer, he retired in September 2016 and is now fully engaged in his second career as a lawyer.
Matthew has taught various legal courses over the past nine years at the College of Southern Nevada and the Southern Desert Regional Police Academy, including: Constitutional Law; Criminal Law; Police-Citizen Contacts; Criminal Procedure; and Search & Seizure Law.
Matthew is an Eagle Scout and continues to volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America organization and in his local community. He served an LDS mission to Paraguay in 1992-93, and speaks fluent Spanish. He is married to his college sweetheart and enjoys spending time with her and with their seven children.
Rochelle is a Las Vegas native and received her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law at
UNLV in 2015. She was admitted to the Nevada bar in 2016 and specializes in personal injury litigation.
Rochelle is a member of the Nevada Justice Association and volunteers with Southern Nevada Legal Aid
as a pro bono attorney. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, hiking,
golfing, and catching a good wave when she is at the beach.
David Rothenberg specializes in workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation. David completed
his undergraduate work at Nevada State College, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration. He received his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV,
Magna Cum Laude. He was admitted to the Nevada bar in 2014. In his free time he enjoys archery and

In that same year, he was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of North Carolina. He was admitted to practice in Nevada in 1975. In 1976, he was admitted to U.S. District Court, District of Nevada; in 1986 to the U.S. Tax Court and in 1988 to the 9th Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals.
