A native of California, Thaddeus “Toby” Yurek III moved to the Las Vegas valley in high school and has considered Nevada home ever since. He did his undergraduate work at Hope International University in Fullerton, California, and returned to Nevada in 1995 to join the City of Henderson Police Department as a Police Officer. He served for 20 years, advancing to the rank of Lieutenant before retiring in 2015.
During his time with the Henderson Police Department, Mr. Yurek completed his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University. He went on to pursue his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He graduated in 2008 and was accepted to the Nevada Bar that same year.
Upon retirement from law enforcement, Mr. Yurek joined the firm. His background and experience gives him a unique understanding of the challenges faced by those who serve our community as first responders, allowing him to offer quality representation to the injured. He also serves as an instructor for law enforcement agencies and police academies, specializing in Fourth Amendment law.
Mr. Yurek is a Fee Dispute Mediator and Arbitrator for the State Bar of Nevada, and a member of the Nevada Justice Association. He has served on the Governance Board of Lake Mead Christian Ministries and the Board of Trustees of Hope International University. He was recently appointed as Judge Pro Tempore for the City of Henderson Municipal Court.

Nevada Workers’ Compensation Attorney Jason Mills has been practicing workers’ compensation law in Las Vegas since 2000 and assists injured workers throughout the state of Nevada.
Jason Mills was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He learned respect for hard work from his parents who both worked in busy Las Vegas casinos. At the age of fourteen, he began working after school at a local plant nursery where he further honed his respect for hard work. After graduating from Western High School, Jason Mills attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1996. Mr. Mills then attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. While pursuing his law degree Mr. Mills joined the law school’s national Gafford Mock Trial Team and was elected to be the Student Bar Association Vice-President. In 2000, Mr. Mills returned to Las Vegas and obtained his license to practice law in Nevada and begun his professional legal career. Mr. Mills also became licensed to practice law in the state of Washington in 2015.
Mr. Mills focuses his practice on Nevada workers’ compensation claims representing Nevada’s injured workers. Indeed, many new clients are regularly referred to him by not only former clients who are highly satisfied with the outcome of their worker’s comp cases, but also from fellow attorneys throughout the Nevada bar who recognize Mr. Mills’ legal skill in the field of Nevada workers’ compensation law. Professionally, there is nothing that Mr. Mills enjoys more than helping Nevada’s injured workers get the benefits they are owed.
Over his career, Mr. Mills has acted as lead counsel on several thousand contested workers’ compensation claims. He has developed a reputation as a tireless advocate for his injured clients. Mr. Mills has successfully litigated workers’ compensation cases through the Nevada Industrial Insurance system at all levels of the administrative law process; from the initial Hearing Office through the Nevada Supreme Court. After his former partner retired from the practice of law in December 2017, Mr. Mills continues to operate and rebranded the law firm as Jason D. Mills & Associates. Jason D. Mills & Associates merged with GGRM on January 1, 2021.
Mr. Mills is also active in the state trial lawyers association, the Nevada Justice Association (NJA). In that capacity, Mr. Mills has both lobbied and testified for the NJA on important issues related to Nevada’s injured workers at the Nevada Legislature since 2015. In 2016 Mr. Mills was elected to the Board of Governors for the NJA. In 2017 Mr. Mills was awarded the NJA’s “Badger Award” for his distinguished service to the association and the people of the State of Nevada. In 2018 Mr. Mills was elected to the Board of Trustees for the Citizens for Justice, the NJA political action committee. In 2018 the State Bar of Nevada selected Mr. Mills as one of the five co-founding board members to serve on the State Bar of Nevada Board of Workers’ Compensation Legal Specialization in order to create and administer a state bar certification and testing process for attorney specialization in the field of Nevada workers’ compensation law. Mr. Mills is also a member of the national trial lawyers association, the American Association of Justice (AAJ) and Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG).

Lisa Anderson joined the firm in 1996. Even though her U.S. Air Force family lived in many different locations throughout the country and the world, she considers Las Vegas her home, graduating from Eldorado High School in 1986. She attended the University of Southern California in 1990, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In 1993, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami and was admitted to the Nevada Bar that same year.
Mrs. Anderson was one of the first attorneys in Nevada to become a certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist with the Nevada Justice Association. She enjoys spending time with her family on the beach and out in the community serving together. She is passionate about mentoring high school students, speaking about the benefits of college and discussing ways to overcome the obstacles to going to college.
For over 20 years, Mrs. Anderson has been fighting for the rights of the injured at GGRM because she believes in investing her time and energy into people. “GGRM is purposeful in building relationships with clients, staff and the community that outlive any case we may be working on.”

Dillon Coil

Originally from Pleasanton, California, Dillon Coil is proud to call Las Vegas home. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 2006, he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2009.
Mr. Coil formerly served as an insurance defense trial attorney for some of the largest hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas strip. His experience and inside knowledge of the insurance industry gives him the upper hand in providing the best possible representation for our clients, recently settling a $5 million personal injury case.
Mr. Coil enjoys spending time hiking in the great outdoors, and recently conquered the hike of Half Dome in Yosemite, California. He speaks fluent Spanish, developed during his time serving the people of Argentina as a missionary in his younger years. As a man that has a heart for others, being a part of the GGRM team allows him to do what he does best. “Our clients are more important than our bottom line – we are here to help people, and that is where our success is found.”

Dr. Anthony received his B.S. and D.O. degrees from Ohio University, as well as a J.D. from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. He completed his internship at Riverside Hospital in Trenton, Michigan, and his residency in family medicine at Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital/Metro Health in Cleveland, Ohio. Following three years of post-graduate training, Dr. Anthony moved to Florida and practiced there until relocating to Nevada in 1996. Dr. Anthony is board certified in family medicine and has been since 1988.
Prior to joining GGRM, Dr. Anthony was Program Director for the Graduate Medical Education program at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, where he obtained Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) status for their family medicine program.
“Understanding the underlying medical issues is paramount to a successful legal claim,” said Dr. Anthony. “After practicing and teaching medicine for more than 36 years, I wanted to do something different and feel that incorporating my knowledge and experience to make the law work for GGRM’s clients is an interesting approach to taking care of patients in an entirely new way.”

Originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa, Christine has called Las Vegas home since 2011. Christine obtained her Bachelor’s degree with distinction from Iowa State University where she majored in finance and minored in accounting, in 1999. At Iowa State, Christine was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity and Kappa Delta sorority. In 2004 Christine obtained her Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in executive development from Drake University. Christine has spent the past 22 years in the financial services industry where most recently she was a Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Operations for a large financial company. She has enjoyed helping build and lead teams and solve complex operational and compliance issues with people all across the country.
Christine is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Southern Nevada chapter, and the treasurer of Pinecrest Academy Inspirada charter school Parent Teacher Organization. She is also a club volleyball coach. Outside of the office, Christine enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors, particularly playing sand volleyball, camping, hiking, or going to the lake or beach.

GGRM struck gold when Kevin Johnson agreed to join our staff and lead our strategy team. A West Coast native most of his life, he decided to “roll the dice” and relocate to Las Vegas and accept the role of Chief Strategy Officer.
Kevin has over twenty years of extensive and diverse experience developing and executing innovative online media projects for hundreds of clients as a strategic-minded marketing technologist. His extraordinary visionary talents and out-of-the-box approach to strategy and marketing have provided the spark that GGRM needed to take its business presence to the next level throughout Nevada.
He was formerly a Curriculum Director with San Francisco State University’s Multimedia Studies Program where he helped create one of the world’s first online training programs.
In addition to his many talents, Kevin is a UC Master Gardener and a former rockstar. When he’s not in his office at GGRM, you can find him cultivating the desert soil in his backyard or in a studio recording new music.

Jeremy Beasley, originally from Florida, served for four years in the U.S. Air Force as a Senior Airman Electrician working on F-15 aircraft before beginning his legal career. He received the Air Force Longevity Service Award, the Air Force Good Conduct Medal, and the Air Force Outstanding Unit Award.
Jeremy received his Paralegal Certification from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2000, and then went on to complete his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Phoenix in 2006. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College of Law in 2010 and was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2011.
Jeremy has 20 years of law experience that he brings to the GGRM team, allowing him to provide quality representation for our clients. He appreciates how GGRM cares for each client, as well as each member of our team.
Jeremy loves spending time with his family, watching the Vegas Golden Knights, going camping, and taking tropical vacations.

Originally from New York, Joshua Davidson graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Pre-Law from Flagler College in 2007. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2010, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Society.
After spending five years as an agent representing professional athletes, Joshua was admitted to the California Bar in 2015. He entered into workers’ compensation litigation prior to his admittance to the Nevada Bar in 2017. His unique background and experience helps him understand the issues our clients face when injured on the job.
When asked what impressed him most about the firm, Joshua remarked about the integrity with which GGRM practices law. He enjoys traveling, martial arts, hiking, and spending time with family.

Born and bred just outside of Detroit, Michigan, Ryan Loosvelt made his way to the Las Vegas Valley after graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003. An athlete and competitor at heart, Ryan’s discipline, strategic prowess, and hard work have proven invaluable in his efforts to win in the courtroom for his clients.
Ryan’s desire to help the severely injured during the most sensitive and critical time in their lives drew him to join the personal injury team of GGRM. “I feel that I am making a difference, providing a meaningful and appreciated service, adding value to our clients and society.” Ryan’s vast courtroom and litigation experience include an impressive list of high-value and favorable judgments for his clients.

Jennifer Silverman was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduating from The Meadows School, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Occidental College in 1999. At Occidental College, Jennifer graduated magna cum laude and was inducted as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2004. During law school, Jennifer served as Articles Editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.
Jennifer was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2005. Before joining the GGRM team, she spent over ten years working as a public interest attorney in the Children’s Attorneys Project at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. In that role, Jennifer represented child abuse and neglect victims in the foster care system. Before that, Jennifer worked as an insurance defense attorney. During that time, Jennifer served as in-house counsel for an auto insurance company.
When asked why she enjoys being part of the GGRM team, Jennifer remarked that it was because the firm members have a true passion for helping people. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Erik Tondevold

A native of Utah, Erik Tondevold graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, in 2013. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2018. He was Vice-President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and participated in the Boyd School of Law Mediation Clinic. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2018.
Erik worked in a variety of legal fields before joining the GGRM team. He is excited to use his experience to provide quality representation for our workers’ compensation clients.
Erik is fluent in Spanish, developed while serving as a missionary in Chile for two years. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports and watching sports, especially the Vegas Golden Knights.

Matthew “Matt” Zobrist, originally from Utah, graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1998 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. He was hired by the City of Henderson Police Department that same year, where he served as a Police Officer until retiring as a Sergeant in 2016.
During his time with the Henderson Police Department, he completed his Juris Doctorate at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2006. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2007. Combing his law enforcement experience and legal knowledge in the classroom,
he is an Adjunct Professor with the College of Southern Nevada and an Instructor for the Southern Desert Regional Police Academy.
Joining the GGRM team allowed Matt to continue to do what he loved doing in law enforcement – making a difference in people’s lives. “I love to help educate our clients on what their rights are when they are injured and give them hope.”
Matt speaks fluent Spanish, developed during his time serving the people of Paraguay as a missionary in his younger years. He is married to his college sweetheart and loves spending time with her and their seven children.

Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Christina Cabrera has spent over twenty years working for insurance companies handling claims before she joined the staff of GGRM. Her extensive knowledge of the inner workings of insurance claims management makes her an invaluable asset in her role supervising our team of Claims Specialists.
Christina understands how important it is for clients to have an advocate during the challenging and uncertain time of an injury. She has a heart for first responders that have been hurt in the course of their job – “They give so much to our community and we can give back by helping them in their time of need.”
Christina treasures creating memories with her children and family. She enjoys cooking, wine tasting, and big game hunting, and looks forward to traveling and concerts in the future.

Brandon Gerber has been calling Las Vegas home since his Air Force father was stationed here three decades ago. After a workplace injury brought Brandon to the doors of GGRM, he found his passion helping clients receive the same excellent care and representation that he experienced. Brandon brings his skills in project management and team leadership to his role as supervisor of the administrative staff.
Brandon is focused on providing guidance, support, and training to his staff in order to help them see their potential and help them succeed. He is grateful for the opportunity to help make GGRM a great place to work, knowing that what we do truly matters.
Brandon enjoys spending his free time with his family and pursuing his interests in music, golf, cars, painting, and chess.

Following his relocation from North Carolina to Las Vegas, Nevada, Ethan Wallace joined the team at GGRM as an assistant in 2018. In his time with GGRM, Ethan has worked as a Litigation Assistant and Litigation Specialist in Workers’ Compensation. Through this experience, he has gained extensive knowledge related to the litigation process. He brings his expertise in legal research and writing, leadership, and communication to help GGRM achieve its vision of becoming Nevada’s premier injury law firm.
Ethan is presently pursuing his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and anticipates graduating in 2022.
In his free time, Ethan enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and improving his skills on the grill.

Lindsey Wyllie was born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina, and recently relocated to Las Vegas. She completed her education at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Her undergraduate degree in Psychology/Counseling and Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology have prepared her to support GGRM’s passion of caring for our clients and championing their cause. Lindsey’s ability to help employees discover their occupational strengths and support their efforts to give excellent service to our clients is her top priority.
Lindsey enjoys starting her days with a good cup of coffee, which fuels her to invest her professional skills and energy into GGRM’s vision of being Nevada’s premier injury law firm. Out of the office, she loves cooking comfort food, interior design, and spending time with her family.

Aubrey Goldberg

In 1970, Aubrey Goldberg joined forces with John Greenman to form the Law Offices of Greenman and Goldberg. He completed his undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1966, the Nevada Bar and the U.S. District Court (Nevada) in 1968, and the U.S. Court of Appeals (9th Circuit) in 1985. He served with the United States Air Force on both active and reserve duty, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr. Goldberg has served in leadership positions for numerous organizations, to include President of the State Bar of Nevada, President of the Clark County Bar Association, and President of the Southern Nevada chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers as well as the Association of Trian Lawyers of America and the Nevada Association of Trial Lawyers. He has also served as a Supreme Court Judge Mediator for the Nevada Supreme Court. In 2016, he was selected as the Nevada representative for the U.S. Supreme Court Historical Society.
Mr. Goldberg has devoted his entire career to providing the best possible representation for his clients because he enjoys building relationships with his them and tackling the challenges that each new case brings. His extensive experience and faithful service have been the “gold” standard in our community.

Gabriel “Gabe” Martinez joined the firm in 1985. He graduated cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1984. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1984 before returning to Nevada. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar and the U.S. District Court (Nevada) in 1985.
Mr. Martinez maintains professional affiliations with the State Bar of Nevada (Disciplinary Committee 1987-1996; Minority Relations Committee 1991-1997), the State Bar of California, Latin American Bar Association (former Vice-President), American Bar Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, Nevada Justice Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mr. Martinez has over 30 years of experience in personal injury law, general civil litigation and workers’ compensation law. He is dedicated to providing clients with exemplary legal services that meet their needs. When he is not defending the rights of his clients, he enjoys golfing, fishing and hunting.
