Six Co Workers Talking At A Conference Table

Providing the highest quality service and exceeding client expectations has its benefits:

Your Work-Life Balance

Maintaining a work and personal life balance is important. We’ve designed a number of policies to help our employees meet both their personal and professional needs. For example,

  • A “Flexible Schedule” allows employees to arrive between 7 and 9 a.m. Daily departure times vary based upon start time.
  • Generous amounts of paid time off (PTO).
  • Family events, such as a firm-wide picnic, are held several times per year.
  • A competitive benefits package helps employees and their families stay healthy.
  • Ten paid holidays per year.
Health & Welfare Benefits

GGRM offers our employees a competitive benefits package. This package includes two options of healthcare, giving you the opportunity to choose what medical insurance works best for you!

We offer employee-paid benefits such as:

  • vision
  • dental
  • accident
  • critical illness
  • and additional voluntary life insurance
  • 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan

GGRM pays for short and long-term disability, as well as life insurance for our employees.

Professional Development

One of the most common questions we are asked is, “Is there opportunity for growth at GGRM?” Our answer is always a resounding, “YES!” We value the professional development of our employees and offer extensive training opportunities. We take a self-paced approach, providing employees with the tools they need to develop the skills to succeed.

  • Career tracks that clearly outline all requirements to advance within an employee’s position
  • Internal hiring for positions in all departments
  • Custom growth and training plans for employees with specific goals, or those who want to advance quickly

We’re always on the lookout for potential employees with a desire to learn more and who exemplify our core values.

Team Building

Community is at the core of who we are, and we believe in celebrating the amazing employees who form our incredible team. We regularly make time to come together through:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Birthday Bash
  • Potlucks
  • Employee of the Month and Year
  • Plus more!
Community Outreach

You Matter To Us (YMTU) is our charitable giving program. Each month the firm donates financial resources to both English and Spanish charitable causes and individuals throughout the Las Vegas area based upon need, and alignment with GGRM’s core values.
