A native of California, Thaddeus “Toby” Yurek III moved to the Las Vegas Valley in high school and has considered Nevada home ever since. He did his undergraduate work at Hope International University in Fullerton, California, and returned to Nevada in 1995 to join the City of Henderson Police Department as a Police Officer. He served for 20 years, advancing to the rank of Lieutenant before retiring in 2015.
During his time with the Henderson Police Department, Mr. Yurek completed his Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University. He went on to pursue his Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He graduated in 2008 and was accepted to the Nevada Bar that same year.
Upon retirement from law enforcement, Mr. Yurek joined the firm. His background and experience give him a unique understanding of the challenges faced by those who serve our community as first responders, allowing him to offer quality representation to the injured. He also serves as an instructor for law enforcement agencies and police academies, specializing in Fourth Amendment law.
Mr. Yurek is a Fee Dispute Mediator and Arbitrator for the State Bar of Nevada and a member of the Nevada Justice Association. He has served on the Governance Board of Lake Mead Christian Ministries and the Board of Trustees of Hope International University. He was recently appointed as Judge Pro Tempore for the City of Henderson Municipal Court.
Toby is also currently serving in the Nevada Legislature, elected to represent Assembly District 19, which encompasses Southeast Henderson, Logandale, Moapa, Moapa Valley, and Mesquite.

Jason Mills is a highly experienced workers’ compensation attorney based in Nevada. He has been practicing law since 2000 and has dedicated his career to representing injured workers in Nevada workers’ compensation claims. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he learned the value of hard work from his parents, who worked in busy Las Vegas casinos. At the age of fourteen, he started working at a local plant nursery after school, further instilling in him a strong work ethic. Mr. Mills obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas and then attended the California Western School of Law in San Diego, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2000. He returned to Nevada, obtained his law license, and began his legal career. In 2015, he also became licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mills has focused exclusively on handling workers’ compensation claims in Nevada. He is highly regarded for his legal expertise in this area, and many new clients are referred to him by former clients who were satisfied with the outcomes of their cases. Fellow attorneys in Nevada also refer clients to Mr. Mills, recognizing his skill in the field of Nevada workers’ compensation law. Mr. Mills has served as lead counsel on thousands of contested workers’ compensation claims, representing clients at all levels of the administrative law process within the Nevada Industrial Insurance system. He has successfully litigated cases from the initial Hearing Office through the Nevada Supreme Court, and he has several reported decisions in favor of injured workers, including notable cases such as CCMSI v. Figueroa, 468 P.3d 827 (2020) and City of Henderson v. Wolfgram, 501 P.3d 422 (2021). After his former partner retired in December 2017, Mr. Mills continued to operate his law firm until it merged with GGRM on January 1, 2021.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Mills is actively involved in the Nevada Justice Association (NJA), the state trial lawyers association. He has lobbied and testified for the NJA on important issues concerning injured workers in every legislative session since 2015. He has worked on numerous bills, resulting in the enactment of dozens of laws due to his successful lobbying efforts. In 2016, Mr. Mills was elected to the Board of Governors for the NJA and is set to serve as the President of the organization for the 2023-2024 term. In recognition of his service to the association and the people of Nevada, he received the prestigious “Badger Award” from the NJA in 2017. He was also elected to the Board of Trustees for the Citizens for Justice, the NJA’s political action committee, in 2018. Mr. Mills was selected by the State Bar of Nevada in 2018 to be one of the five co-founding board members of the State Bar of Nevada Board of Workers’ Compensation Legal Specialization. This board was tasked with creating and administering a state bar certification and testing process for attorney specialization in the field of Nevada workers’ compensation law.
Mr. Mills is also member of prominent national legal associations such as the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG). He also serves as the Nevada Workers’ Compensation Contract Panel Attorney for several professional sports players’ associations, including the National Football League Players’ Association, Major League Baseball Players’ Association, National Hockey League Players’ Association, Professional Hockey Players’ Association, and National Lacrosse League Players’ Association.

Lisa Anderson joined the firm in 1996. Even though her U.S. Air Force family lived in many different locations throughout the country and the world, she considers Las Vegas her home, graduating from Eldorado High School in 1986. She attended the University of Southern California in 1990, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In 1993, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami and was admitted to the Nevada Bar that same year.
Mrs. Anderson was one of the first attorneys in Nevada to become a certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist with the Nevada Justice Association. She enjoys spending time with her family on the beach and out in the community serving together. She is passionate about mentoring high school students, speaking about the benefits of college and discussing ways to overcome the obstacles to going to college.

Originally from New York, Joshua Davidson graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Pre-Law from Flagler College in 2007. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, in 2010, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Society.
After spending five years as an agent representing professional athletes, Joshua was admitted to the California Bar in 2015. He entered into workers’ compensation litigation prior to his admittance to the Nevada Bar in 2017. His unique background and experience help him understand the issues our clients face when injured on the job.
When asked what impressed him most about the firm, Joshua remarked about the integrity with which GGRM practices law. He enjoys traveling, martial arts, hiking, and spending time with family.

Jason D. Guinasso, an Executive Partner at GGRM, grew up in Reno, Nevada, and leads the firm’s statewide personal injury practice. Kevin Kampschror an Executive Partner at GGRM and is focused on the Nevada workers’ compensation system. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2002, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2013. During his time at law school, Kevin excelled as an editor on Law Review and was honored as one of Who’s Who in America’s Universities and Colleges.
Kevin gained extensive trial experience interning with the San Diego County Public Defender, where he handled high-profile cases and juvenile delinquency matters. His background in performance contributes to his effectiveness as a litigator, making him a formidable advocate in front of judges and juries. Kevin has successfully litigated thousands of workers’ compensation claims, spanning from the Hearings Office to the Appeals Office to the District and to the Nevada Supreme Court. Additionally, his previous executive management experience with a Fortune 500 company that enhances his business acumen inside the legal practice.
Beyond his legal career, Kevin is committed to community service. He has been recognized multiple times by the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada’s Top 50 Club for pro bono hours. Kevin volunteers as a mediator for civil rights lawsuits in Federal Court and represents foster children through the Children’s Attorneys Project. Dr. Anthony received his B.S. and D.O. degrees from Ohio University, as well as a J.D. from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. He completed his internship at Riverside Hospital in Trenton, Michigan, and his residency in family medicine at Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Metropolitan General Hospital/Metro Health in Cleveland, Ohio. Following three years of post-graduate training, Dr. Anthony moved to Florida and practiced there until relocating to Nevada in 1996. Dr. Anthony is board certified in family medicine and has been since 1988.
Prior to joining GGRM, Dr. Anthony was Program Director for the Graduate Medical Education program at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, where he obtained Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) status for their family medicine program.

GGRM struck gold when Kevin Johnson agreed to join our staff and lead our strategy team. A West Coast native most of his life, he decided to “roll the dice” and relocate to Las Vegas and accept the role of Chief Strategy Officer.
Kevin has over twenty years of extensive and diverse experience developing and executing innovative online media projects for hundreds of clients as a strategic-minded marketing technologist. His extraordinary visionary talents and out-of-the-box approach to strategy and marketing have provided the spark that GGRM needed to take its business presence to the next level throughout Nevada.
He was formerly a Curriculum Director with San Francisco State University’s Multimedia Studies Program where he helped create one of the world’s first online training programs.
In addition to his many talents, Kevin is a UC Master Gardener and a former rockstar. When he’s not in his office at GGRM, you can find him cultivating the desert soil in his backyard or in a studio recording new music.

Following his relocation from North Carolina to Las Vegas, Nevada, Ethan Wallace joined the team at GGRM as an assistant in 2018. Through this experience, he has gained extensive knowledge related to the litigation process. A native of Utah, Erik Tondevold graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, in 2013. Reuben Clark Law Society and participated in the Boyd School of Law Mediation Clinic. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2018.
Erik worked in a variety of legal fields before joining the GGRM team. He is excited to use his experience to provide quality representation for our workers’ compensation clients.

In 1970, Aubrey Goldberg joined forces with John Greenman to form the Law Offices of Greenman and Goldberg. He completed his undergraduate degree at the College of William and Mary and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. He was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1966, the Nevada Bar and the U.S. District Court (Nevada) in 1968, and the U.S. Court of Appeals (9th Circuit) in 1985. He served with the United States Air Force on both active and reserve duty, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr. Goldberg has served in leadership positions for numerous organizations, to include President of the State Bar of Nevada, President of the Clark County Bar Association, and President of the Southern Nevada chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers as well as the Association of Trian Lawyers of America and the Nevada Association of Trial Lawyers. He has also served as a Supreme Court Judge Mediator for the Nevada Supreme Court. In 2016, he was selected as the Nevada representative for the U.S. Supreme Court Historical Society.

Gabriel “Gabe” Martinez joined the firm in 1985. He graduated cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1984. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1984 before returning to Nevada. He was admitted to the Nevada Bar and the U.S. District Court (Nevada) in 1985.
